After receiving my MFA in Printmaking, I had a dream about a series of leaves made out of staples on paper. Who knew that a career would be launched from this concept? I’ve called myself a conceptual artist, a craft scientist, and have often positioned myself as an upcycler. But the truth is—I just like making stuff and I’ll make art out of anything. If there is a story behind it, all the better.
